Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) has declared February 8, the general elections polling day, as a holiday across the country.
The ECP has issued a notification in this regard as well.
According to the ECP the holiday has been declared for the ease of the masses so that they ensured casting of their votes.
