Islamabad (June 13, 2017): Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Tuesday gave time to Pakistan Msulim League-Nawaz (PML-N) MNA Danyal Aziz to submit reply in contempt of court case by July 19, 2017.
A five member bench of ECP headed by Chief Election Commissioner Justice (retd) Sardar Raza Khan heard contempt of court case against Danyal Aziz.

Aziz took the plea that he had engaged lawyer after last hearing and his counsel could not get enough time to review the case and represent him. He pleaded the ECP to give him time to submit reply on the contempt notice.
He added that he would submit reply by next date of hearing. The ECP while accepting his plea adjourned hearing of the case till July 19.
Later, talking to media outside ECP Aziz said that he would respond all the questions together in the ECP. He added that his reply would be remembered for 50 years.
Lashing out at Imran Khan he said that Imran had the ‘honor’ of being proclaimed offender from an Anti-terrorism court, adding that he was here to face the case and not going to anywhere.
