Islamabad: Election Commission Of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday submitted local bodies election schedule in Supreme Court of Pakistan (SCP).
According to response submitted by the ECP in the SC, the local bodies election (LBE) in Punjab will be held on July 20. While (LBE) in KP will be held on April 8.
The ECP apprised further that LBE for cantonments boards will be held on April 8.
Regarding Sindh and Balochistan, the ECP informed the SC that the decision for Sindh and Balochistan for holding LEB will be taken on February 11.
