Islamabad: Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) on Thursday taking notice of the alleged allegations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Inaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan on it and called records of Imran Khan speeches from Pakistan Electronic Media Authority (PEMRA).
The ECP in its letter to the Chairman PEMRA has asked to provide records of the PTI Chairman speeches delivered in Bhukkur and Layyah.
The election body has also called the record of Imran Khan’s address delivered in Khushab on July 8.
The ECP has also taken notice of statements of media advisor of the PTI Chief, Fayyaz Ul Hassan Chohan.
The record of Fayyaz Ul Hassan Chohan interview to a private channel has been called in a letter addressed to the Chairman of the PEMRA.
The ECP will review alleged allegations of Fayyaz Ul Hassan Chohan.
