ISLAMABAD: Responding to an invitation from Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Badr Ahmed Mohamed Abdelatty, is set to begin a two-day official trip to Pakistan today.
During his stay, Dr. Abdelatty will hold a one-on-one meeting as well as delegation-level talks with the Deputy Prime Minister. Both sides are expected to discuss the entire spectrum of Pakistan-Egypt relations and consult on key regional and global issues, with a particular focus on the situation in Gaza.
This visit underscores the deep-rooted and friendly ties between the two nations, built on shared faith, cultural connections, and similar positions on major international and regional matters.
