Eid-Ul-Fitr being celebrated most of world today with religious passion

RIYADH: Eid-Ul-Fitr , also known as Meethi Eid, is being celebrated on Sunday, today, most of the world following middle eastern countries especially Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The Middle eastern countries witnessed sighting of Eid-Ul-Fitr moon after which Muslims across, Europe, North America and Australia announced to celebrate the Meethi Eid today.

Meanwhile, people following the Islamic calendar in the United States and Canada are also celebrating Eid ul Fitr today.

Mass gatherings for Eid prayers were held at Masjid al-Haram in Makkah and Masjid al-Nabawi in Medina, with officials estimating over two million worshippers in attendance.

On the other hand, the people of South East Asia Pakistan, India, Bangladesh,Iran and  Maldives are likely to celebrate Eid on Monday.

This festival is a time of peace and celebration, and it is a time when they come together as a community marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan which is a time of spiritual reflection and celebration.

The Eid is being Observed with great enthusiasm across the Muslim world.
