Islamabad: Shawal moon has been sighted across the country announced by central Ruet-e-hilal Committee Chairman Maulana Abdul Khubair Azad.
Holding a presser after conclusion of Ruet-e-Halal committee meeting, Chairman Maulana Abdul Khubair Azad said that the committee received evidences of Shawal moon from across the country.
The meeting of the Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee for the sighting of the moon of Shawwal 1445 was held in Islamabad in the chair its Chairman Maulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad.
According to the Spokesperson of Ministry of Religious Affairs the meetings of zonal Committees was also held simultaneously at their respective locations in the provincial capitals.
Committee members, meterological department officers, SUPARCO, officers of Science and technlogy were in attendance.
According to meterological department it is dominant chances of sighting of moon.
The new moon has created yesterday night at 11:41 pm while after the sunset the new moon will be sighted for 50 minutes.
