Quetta: An election tribunal of Baluchistan has ordered de-notifying home minister Zia Ullah Langove.
The election tribunal comprising Baluchistan High Court (BHC) Judge Justice Abdullah Baloch heard the plea. The election tribunal directed to hold re-polling on seven polling stations of the PB-36 Baluchistan.
The tribunal has also ordered to give up his MPA ship from the BP-36 and the post of the provincial home ministry.
The Jamiat Ulma-e-Islam Fazal (JUI-F) candidate Sardar Saeed Langove had challenged the victory of Zia Ullah Langove on PB -36.
Saeed Langove had requested re-polling on seven polling stations of Gazak and Johan included in the PB-36.
