ISLAMABAD: In the wake of rising tension between Pakistan and India the provincial governments of Punjab and Sindh on Wednesday issued high alter warning and imposed an emergency in all district hospitals.
The Sindh and Punjab government have also cancelled the leaves of officials in health sector till next order and staff on holiday have also been directed to report immediately.
Likewise Punjab and Sindh, the emergency has been imposed in all hospitals of the federal capital. An executive board meeting has been called by federal Health Minister Amir Kiani which will be held in PIMS Hospital Islamabad.
The control room has been set up in PIMS hospital in the wake of an emergency situation and the district administration has ordered to close all lights of PIMS hospital except the emergency department.
