Maria Sharapova files appeal against two-year ban for meldonium use

Russian Tennis Queen Maria Sharapova has filed an appeal  of her ban against court of arbitration for sport as in her application she recommended to end two-year ban or  reduce it. It is to remember that International Tennis Federation has banned two-year over Maria by  banned substances.

According to International Court of arbitration for sports, Sharapova said in her appeal that she was taking the drug since long which she faced two year ban, but had not known for inclusion of  Meldonium in banned drug list so she could not have taken it.

In this connection it appealed by Sharapova that her ban should be removed or reduce it. According to  ICAS, International Tennis Federation and Sharapova  have consensus over hearing and  procedure whereas  case verdict to be come out on July 18.
