Model girl Ayyan Ali case hearing in Sindh High Court could not be happened as the file of the case was in the Supreme Court (SC).
Ayyan Ali’s advocate barrister Latif Khosa appeared before the SHC for hearing of the case.
The model girl has filed contempt of court petition against the federal government over her name inclusion in Exit Control list (ECL).
The SHC has ordered the model’s lawyer Khosa to file a case asking the SC to hand over the file.
While the court adjourned the further hearing till August 18.
