An Anti-Terrorism Court has issued non-bailable arrest warrant in eight cases of MQM Chief including other suspects over making provocative speeches.
As ATC heard 27 cases in court of MQM chief’s provocative speech, while nominated mayor Wasim Akhtar and Rauf Siddiqui were not produced before the court, whereas Qamar Mansoor and Khawaja Izhar-ul-Hasan also not appeared in court.
Court has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant in eight cases of 22 suspects including MQM chief in light of reports presented by Police and court adjourned the hearing till September 17 due to leave of most senior Judge.
On the other hand, Sindh High Court adjourned the hearing till August 29 over bail plea by Anees Qaimkhani, Rauf Siddiqui and Usman Moazzam on Rangers’ application.
