Former adviser petroleum Asim Hussain did not appear before the court owing to his ailing health while jail officials have submitted report in the court regarding his ailing health condition.
Hearing of case of corruption of Rs 462 billion against Dr Asim hussain was held at Karachi’s accountability court. Yesterday, accused the former petroleum adviser could not be presented in the court due to his sickness, in this connection, the jail officials apprised the court in written.
The written report stated that Dr Asim Hussain is suffering from stomach ailment ,vomiting and other diseases, henceforth, he could not be presented before the court.
The court adjourning the hearing ordered to present the accused in the court in next hearing.
It is pertinent to mention here that Dr Asim Hussain has been brought to the Jinnah Hospital Karachi on yesterday, over complain of stomach ailment and vomiting where his Ultrasound and other tests were taken.
