Islamabad: Security around all religious sites, shrines, tombs have been beefed up across the country after Shah Noorani shrine blast in Hub.
Security arrangements have been reviewed throughout the country after disastrous suicide blast in the religious site in Hub which killed as many as 52 persons.
Sindh Government has also taken security arrangements in the province . Police contingents have been deployed outside Abdullah Shah Ghazi shrine in Clifton Karachi, Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai Shrine at Bhit Shah, Sachal Sarmast Shrine in Ranipur and other shrines as well.
Security also has been increased in Islamabad shrines in the capital including Dargah Bari Imam. The Quetta shrine blast has also created fear among the devotees visiting the shrines in the country while federal as well as provincial governments have taken measure to ensure security at religious site.
Punjab government has issued security alert and all divisional SPs have been instructed to increase security at shrines in their divisions.
