1st ODI: Pakistan Win Toss, Elect To Bat First Against Australia

SHARJAH: Pakistan have won the toss and decided to bat first against Australia in the first One-Day International game that is being played today (Friday) at Sharjah Cricket Staduim.

Veteran all-rounder Shoaib Malik will be seen as captain in this series as skipper Sarfraz Ahmed has been rested owing to consecutive games.

The 16-member national squad mostly consists of youngsters.

With the Pakistan Super League (PSL) wrapping up at the beginning of March, the youngster-studded Pakistani team will enter the series with high spirits.
