1st T20: WI Women Defeat Pak Women By 71 Runs

KARACHI: West Indies Women Team won first Twenty20 International against hosts Pakistan Women by a big margin of 71 runs which was played at Southend Club Cricket Stadium in Karachi city.

WI women set a target of 161 runs credits to their batsman DJS Dottin who scored whopping 90 runs off only 60 balls; also remained not out.

Pakistani bowler Aliyah Riaz turned out to be the most expensive one as she gave away 35 runs in only three over at an economy rate of 11.66.

In the second innings of the game, Pakistani women performed much poorly as they were bundled out for only 89 runs by the WI team.

Pakistan skipper Bisma Maroof was the only batsmen who resisted for a while against WI bowling attack as she struck 38 runs off 37 balls.
