Islamabad: Talal Chaudhry has said that we accepted the decision despite not being on merit whereas Daniyal Aziz hints to move Supreme Court over disqualification reference.
Talking to media outside the Election Commission, PML leader Daniyal has said that would not leave Imran Khan and Jehangir Tareen unless they were being exposed saying it they took shelter of stay order and thus “we have a right to approach Islamabad High Court (IHC) as well as Supreme Court against the decision of ECP”, he maintained.
Talal Chaudhry said while declaring the ECP decision in contrast to merit that the verdict came after a year that reference is not maintainable. Jehangir said we theft but ECP had no authority to nab and we would challenge the verdict.” We would not use indecent language against the institutions like PTI but would take legal proceedings”, Talal Chaudhry said.
