KARACHI: At least 28 Pakistanis freed by the Saudi Arabian government have returned to the country here on Saturday.
According to details, as much as 28 prisoners recently released from Saudi jails have returned to Pakistan. Most of the released inmates belonged to different cities of Punjab province.
Talking to media outside Jinnah International Airport in Karachi they said that several innocent Pakistanis are still waiting to be released in from Saudi jails.
The released prisoners also thanked Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) led federal government for taking measures for their release.
Earlier, Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry via his Twitter handle informed that His Royal Highness the Crown Prince of KSA Mohammad Bin Salman has ordered the immediate release of 2107 Pakistani prisoners Saudi Jails.

It is pertinent to mention here that Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia Mohammed Bin Salman ordered to release more than 2000 Pakistani prisoners held in Saudi jails during his visit to Pakistan on February 18.
