Assange Announces Reward for Pointing Out Killers of Journalist

Web Desk(October 18, 2017): WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will pay €20,000 to anyone providing information leading to the conviction of the killers of Maltese journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, who died in a car bomb.

The investigative journalist died after the car she was travelling in exploded near her home in Bidnija, northern Malta, at around 3pm. Maltese police have opened a murder inquiry.

Te 53 year old ran the hugely popular ‘Running Commentary’ blog which led Malta’s Panama Papers investigation and highlighted several other corruption scandals in the Mediterranean island nation.
