PCB Sends Notice to ICC to Set up Dispute Committee

Lahore(November 30, 2017): Pakistan Cricket Board(PCB) has sent a notice to ICC for formulating a Dispute Committee in order to settle Pak-India cricket series conflict.

After which, ICC has formulated a three-member committee and  has appointed Michael Beloff as Chief of Pak-India Dispute Committee.

The development comes six months after PCB sent a $60 million ‘Notice of Dispute’ to BCCI for breaching the 2014 Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the two cricketing bodies, in which six bilateral series were scheduled to take place between 2015 and 2022.

However, if conflict was not settled through dispute committee then, Pakistan would  be able to take legal action against India. Whereas, one each representative of PCB and BCCI  will be included in committee.
