‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ Still To Earn More

Web-Desk (January 21, 2018): Even after surpassing the Rs 300 crore mark, the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer ‘Tiger Zinda Hai’ has remained strong at the box-office and is giving a tough competition to other new releases.
According to a report on Box office.com, the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial has collected an estimated Rs 1.25 crore nett, thus taking its total up to Rs 331.75 crore nett.With another strong collection, the film stands a chance at becoming the highest grossing Salman Khan film, which might leave behind one of his most commercially and critically acclaimed film ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’.
The film has been shot on a large scale amidst locales of Abu Dhabi, Austria, Greece and Morocco. It takes forward the franchise after the original 2012 flick ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ which made Salman and Katrina a super hit jodi.
The film is reportedly inspired by the real-life incident of the rescue of Indian nurses held hostage in Iraq by terrorists and at the helm of affairs of the mission is Indian RAW agent.
