PSL3: Rumman Raees Ruled Out of Rest of Matches Due To Injury

Sharjah (March 13, 2018): Fast bowler of Islamabad United, Rumman Raees has been ruled out of the rest of the third edition of Pakistan Super League 2018 after failing to recover from a knee injury.

In fact, such is the gravity of his injury that Rumman is also unlikely to play any role in the three-match Twenty20 International series against the West Indies to be played in Karachi from April 1-3.Rumman, one of the key players in the Islamabad side, injured his right knee during the first Sharjah leg of PSL 3.

He was hoping to recover in time for the PSL playoffs in Dubai and Lahore but it became evident after tests that his knee was in no shape to bear the load of fast bowling.

Rumman is the latest player to bow out of the PSL because of fitness issues.
