KARACHI: The girl abducted from Defence Housing Authority (DHA) on 30th November’s night, Dua Mangi has returned back to home safely.
Dua reached the house last night and did not disclose anything related to her abduction, sources said.
Police on the other hand said, investigations related to Dua’s return are under way. However the ransom has not been paid for release.
Ransom for Release:
Kidnappers claiming to hold Dua Mangi hostage, demanded a ransom of 38 million rupees for her release on Wednesday, 5th December.
The lawyers also raised their voice via protests for recovery of Dua Mangi. Habib-ur-rehman Memon advocate, in the protest said, Ultimatum of 48 hours have been given for Dua’s recovery, after which we will block the national highway.
A few days ago, police recovered an abandoned car from Gulshan-e-iqbal which was allegedly used in abducting Dua.
The weapon used in the abduction has never been used before in any crime, investigation officer said after completing the forensic of 9mm’s shell found from the spot of abduction.
