ISLAMABAD: Accountability Court (AC) of Islamabad has allowed Farooq H Nayik to meet his client Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari.
The AC in its order said that Farooq H Nayik can meet his client at 3 pm in jail. Besides that the AC has adjourned hearing of a contempt of court petition filed by Asifa Bhutto over not providing facilities to Asif Zardari in jail till October 4 while a hearing of a petition regarding providing facilities to Faryal Talpur also been adjourned till October 4.
It is pertinent to mention here that On September 23 the AC had rejected ex-president Asif Zardari plea regarding meeting with his counsel.
