Islamabad (March 21, 2018): The accountability court would announce the verdict on the plea from the former prime minister Nawaz Sharif on what should be included from the JIT Report prepared by former Panama JIT head Wajid Zia in the court proceeding of NAB references in Avenfield properties case.
The accountability court on Tuesday reserved its verdict in a plea and announced to give its verdict on the plea on March 21.

The request was made as the court resumed hearing the Avenfield properties reference against Nawaz, daughter Maryam and son-in-law MNA Capt (retd) Safdar on Tuesday.
Nawaz’s counsel Khwaja Haris objected to several of the documents submitted by Zia and sought clarity on what all Zia can present in court.
The Nawaz’s counsel said that the JIT comprise of three sections including documents, statements and analysis. He said that the investigative officer has no right to give his verdict on any case and it is the court that would decide on the matter.
The prosecution opposed the plea. The hearing was then adjourned until March 22.
