LAHORE: An Accountability court on Saturday has directed the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to implement pre-existing laws over the arrest of the opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Hamza Shahbaz.
As per details, an accountability court in Lahore has rejected NAB’s plea to issue an order to arrest Hamza Shahbaz and told that there is no need issue another order anti-graft body should act on pre-existing laws.
Accountability Court told the NAB officials you have the arrest warrants proceed as per the pre-existing law.
To which the prosecutor requested the court to issue the orders to police for helping the anti-graft body as an angry mob of the party worker is resisting us in the due legal process.
The PML-N leader has consulted the LHC to seek pre-arrest bail which has been accepted and fixed it for hearing on 8th April.
