ISLAMABAD: Justice Azmat Saeed, during hearing the case regarding reconciliation in terrorism cases, remarked that if there will be reconciliation in terrorism cases, then those laws should be removed, adding that the court can’t forgive anyone in those cases.
A five-member bench chaired by Chief Justice Anwer Zaheer Jamali heard the case regarding reconciliation in terrorism cases, during which Justice Azmat Saeed remarked that how threre could be any agreement in terrorism cases, while terrorism is against State and the state cannot forgive in those cases.
Justice Ameer Hani Muslim said that there is no reconciliation in terrorism cases, people rob, kidnap and murder, after which they reconcile, which is not possible. Court, while giving lawyers time for reply over reconciliation in terrorism cases, adjourned the hearing till tomorrow.
