Islamabad (November 15, 2018): Ambassador of Afghanistan, Omar Zakhilwal has condemned over the kidnap and killing of SP Tahir in Afghanistan.

Dr Omar Zakhilwal expressed condolences over the remorseful event and confirmed that his body will be handed over to Pakistan with the utmost respect.

Further, Afghani Ambassador told that the Government of Afghanistan will investigate on the kidnap and murder of SP Tahir Khan Dawar on Afghani soil.
Earlier yesterday (November 14), the foreign office spokesperson Dr Faisal said that Afghanistan Foreign Ministry confirmed the death of the missing Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP) police official Tahir Dawar.
In a statement, Dr Faisal explained that the corpse of the ill-fated police official was first seen by people of Afghanistan’s district Dur Baba.
“Afghanistan Foreign Ministry informed Pakistan’s embassy about the recovery of the dead body of Tahir Dawar. The dead body also contains service card of late SP Dawar”, added spokesperson.

Faisal further added that dead body of deceased had not been handed over to Pakistan’s diplomatic mission in Jalalabad. “The dead body will be shifted to Pakistan through Torkham border after completion of the legal procedure”, Faisal said.
