The United States (US) state department has confirmed that international court of justice will investigate matter of war crime in Afghanistan adding that America supports peace process in Afghanistan in Afghan Leadership.
According to the US TV, state department spokesman John Kerrby said in news briefing that whether Gulbadin Hikmatyar or any other Afghan citizen, the US will continue to support peace initiative in Kabul in Afghan leadership.
On a query regarding the US army point of view on international court of justice probe into war crimes, the spokesman said that the US has transparent justice system and its army also follow a procedure adding that the US has carried out transparent operation in Afghanistan but American army will not be answerable to anyone.
