Sialkot (September 23, 2017) Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal and Law Minister Zahid Hamid on Saturday visited Combined Military Hospital (CMH) Sialkot and inquired about the health of those injured in Indian firing from across the border on civilian population.
Talking to media after visiting the injured, Ahsan strongly condemned the unprovoked Indian Army firing. He said that India had shown cowardice by attacking the innocent civilians living along the Working Boundary.
The Interior Minister said that ceasefire violation by India across the Line of Control and Working Boundary was aimed at diverting the world attention from Indian brutalities in Occupied Kashmir and suppressing the freedom struggle there.
On Thursday, Six civilians were martyred, including four women, whereas a total of 26 people, including 15 women and five children, were injured along the Working Boundary in Charwah and Harpal sectors when Indian resorted to unprovoked firing.
