Lahore: Chairman National Accountability Bureau (NAB) just (retd) Javed Iqbal has said that its institution all the loyalties with state of Pakistan.
Addressing to a ceremony that was held at the NAB provincial headquarter in Lahore, the Chairman said that the parliament has a responsibility to make legislation whatever they want it is their right and the NAB is ready to implement it but the legislation should be of a kind that could end menace of corruption from the country.
The Chairman NAB said that an honest efforts were made to return people rights who faced abused financially. He apprised that if hundred societies are working then almost 86 percent are fraud.
Javed Iqbal said that there is a difference between government and a state adding that the graft buster body has all its loyalties with the state of Pakistan.
The NAB has basic function to eradicate corruption from the society, he added.
He said that the biggest reason of beggars box in our hands is corruption. While he said that the corruption can be controlled by strong institutions and with a better policy.
He informed that the NAB has recovered more than one thousand and three hundred and sixty three billion rupees in the last four years.
