LAHORE: Renowned artists including Benish Pervez, daughter of federal Information Minister Pervez Rasheed, warmed up the third and the last day of All Pakistan Music Conference by singing some of the most melodious ghazals and songs backed back traditional music instruments like table, sarangi, harmonium, and rubab.
The Conference transported the audience into another world.
Pervez Rasheed too came to see his daughter perform but was so moved by the melodies, tunes, rhythms that he remained glued to his seat late into the night.
Some of the finest classical singers and artists sung the songs in all the regional languages.
