ISLAMABAD: Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) on Saturday has received another complaint against Justice Qazi Faez Isa.
According to details, the petitioner, Waheed Shahzad Butt, has said that Justice Isa has accused the chief justice and other Supreme Judicial Council members of being biased against him.
“Justice Isa has crossed the limits by writing letter to the president,” the petitioner said.
In a petition it was stated that Justice Isa talked about references at the public forums after which he also became guilty of violating SJC’s code of conduct.
The petitioner requested to take action against the judge under article 209 and sacked him from his position.
