PESHAWAR: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government announced the beginning of the anti-polio drive, suspended from the last three months, from August 26.
According to Coordinator Emergency Centre Captain Kamran Afridi, the anti-polio will kick-off in all districts of the province from the next week.
Kamran Afridi said that the provincial government is making arrangements of the drive on an immediate basis as polio-like diseases are spreading across the province.
He also urged the parents to cooperate with the polio teams instead of listening to rumours.
