PESHAWAR: An accountability court on Tuesday indicted again Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Dr Arbab Alamgir and his wife Asma Alamgir in assets beyond know sources.
According to details, the accountability court resumed hearing in assets beyond means as Arbab Alamgir and Asma appeared.
After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court once again indicted the PPP leaders and removed the part regarding foreign properties from the new indictment, however, both the accused pleaded not guilty.
The earlier reference against Arbab and Asma mentioned foreign properties.
Talking to media after the appearing, Asma Jahangir advised the people to honour the courts as the judiciary is independent even the un-skilled government.
She terming court verdict moral victory and said all the allegation of corruption them nothing except tales and demanded Imran Khan should direct ministers to appear before the court.
