Arch-rivals Pakistan, India To Face in Asia Cup Again Today

Web Desk (September 23, 2018): Arch-rivals Pakistan and India will face each other once again in the Asia Cup Super Four stage today (Sunday).

The first highly-anticipated match between the two neighbouring countries took place on Wednesday with India crushing Pakistan by eight wickets. Now, the two rivals will meet again in Dubai.

The team that wins today will qualify for the final on September 28 in Dubai.

The match will start at 4:30 pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST). Earlier on September 21, Pakistan beat Afghanistan by three wickets in the Asia Cup Super Four match after a thrilling contest.

The match was decided in the very last over, as Pakistan chased the target with only three balls to spare.

On the other hand, India beat Bangladesh by seven wickets in the Super Four match of the Asia Cup with Ravindara Jadeja taking four wickets and skipper Rohit Sharma scoring 83 not out in Dubai.

Earlier on September 19, India thrashed Pakistan by 8 wickets in a match of the Asia Cup 2018 at Dubai Cricket Stadium in UAE.

India chased down Pakistan’s below-par target of 163 in 29 overs at the loss of two wickets.

Batting first green shirts managed to score 162 runs, while India achieved the target convincingly with the loss of only two wickets.
