Rawalpindi (January 10, 2018): The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa has directed the forces to provide all possible assistance to law enforcement agencies for the arrest of killers involved in seven-year old Zainab killing, Military media wing ISPR said in its release.
The ISPR release said that army Chief has taken the notice of appeal made by parents to army chief and directed the military to provide full support in arrest of perpetrators.

“the culprits must be taken to task and will be awarded exemplary sentence,” army chief said while severely condemning the incident.
DG ISPR also tweeted army chief General Qamar Javed Bajawa statement.

Earlier, a Seven-year-old girl was brutally raped and murdered in Kasur, said police sources.
According to the details, the miner girl, Zainab was kidnapped four days ago from Road Kot, Kasur. She was strangled to death after being rapped. The police have recovered her body from a garbage heap on Tuesday evening.
It is pertinent to mention here that at least 12 miner girls have been killed after being raped within in a span of few months.
