Karachi (July 4, 2017): Sindh government has convened a meeting of Sindh Apex Committee over law and order situation in the province which will be chaired by Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa.
The meeting will discuss law and order situation in the province and the ongoing Karachi operation against militants, criminals and banned sectarian outfits.

Sources said that Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah had prepared briefing for the meeting. Shah will apprise the meeting in his briefing about the ongoing operation in Sindh including Karachi, Karachi jail break by two hardcore terrorists of banned outfit and other issues.
The meeting will also discuss the overall security situation of the city.
Sindh Governor Muhammad Zubair, Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, DG Ranger, Inspector General of Police Sindh, Chief Secretary and others civil and military officials will attend the meeting.
The last meeting of the apex committee was held on Jauary 2, 2017 and chaired by the Sindh chief minister.
