ISLAMABAD: Airports Security Force (ASF) on Tuesday foiled an attempt to smuggle Ice abroad by a passenger who attempted to smuggle a hefty amount of ice to Saudi Arabia.

According to the details, the culprit Faizur Rehman was travelling to Riyadh via a foreign airline at the New International Airport of Islamabad when he was caught by the ASF officials with drugs.

According to the Airport Security, the offender Qamar Gul covered the drugs in tin packs. The suspect Faiz who hailed from Mardan has been taken into custody for further investigations.

A total quantity of 924 grams of ice has been recovered from his possession.
