LAHORE: The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Hamza Shehbaz has once again skipped today’s hearing of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in the ongoing money laundering and assets beyond means cases.
According to details, the NAB had summoned the PML-N president Hamza Shehbaz to record the statement but he didn’t appear before the joint investigation team of the anti-graft watchdog.
Earlier today, Chief Justice of Lahore High Court constituted a new bench to hear on Hamza Shahbaz’s bail pleas upon the request of the latter.
As per details, the newly constituted bench will be comprised of Justice Mazahir Ali Naqvi and Justice Shahid Waheed Khan.
Earlier, a two-member bench of Lahore High Court (LHC) hearing bail pleas filed by Hamza Shahbaz was dissolved after reservations expressed by him.
An LHC bench headed by Justice Ali Baqar Najfani heard on bail plea of Shahbaz filed in Ramzan Sugar Mills case.
