Karachi: After hiatus of five years, Naqebullah murder case verdict pronounced on Monday (today) by an anti-terrorism court (ATC) Karachi.
The court acquitted the main accused of the case former Senior Superintendent Of Police (SSP) Malir Rao Anwar.
The ATC in his verdict said that the prosecution failed to prove allegations against the accused in the case including ex-SSP Malir Rao Anwar.
Speaking to media after the acquittal, Rao Anwar said a fake case was filed against him but thanks to the Almighty and judge the “false allegation” has been proved wrong.
