ATC Declares Khadim Rizvi, Others As Proclaimed Offenders    

Islamabad (April03, 2018): The anti-terror court on Tuesday declared TLYR Leader Allama Khadim Hussain Rizvi and Pir Afzal Qadri as proclaimed offenders in the Faizabad sit-in case.

The anti-terror court judge Shahrukh Arjumand led the proceedings into the Faizabad sit-in case and declared the TLYR leaders Khadim Hussain Rizvi, Pir Afzal Qadri, Moulana Inayat Ullah, Sheikh Azhar and others as proclaimed offenders in the Faizabad sit-in case over not appearing before the court in the case.

The advertisements for declaring the TRLYR leaders as proclaimed offenders were posted in their hometowns, at their residences and outside the court.

The police also submitted its report in the case.

ATC Issues Non-bailable Warrant 

On March 20, the anti-terrorism court issued non-bailable warrants of the TLYR Chief Khadim Hussain Rizvi and two others in Faizabad sit-in case.

As per details, the ATC Court Judge Shahrukh Arjumand issued the warrants in attack on police check-post and torture on policemen during Faizabad sit-in from TLYR activists.

The cases are registered in Islamabad’s police station and include sections pertaining to torture on police, interference in government functions and others.

Khadim Hussain Rzvi, Inayat Ullah, Ziaullah Khairi and Sheikh Azhar are wanted by police in these cases.
