The Judge of Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) has accepted 90 days remand of three MQM activists, accused Waheed Mughal from Lyari ganq war was handed over for three days remand to Preedy police.
In charge of target killing and extortion, ATC has handed over three MQM activists named as Ashraf Ali, Abdul Hannan and Nadeem Zafar for 90 days remand into Rangers custody.
On the other hand, accused Waheed Mughal belonged to Lyari gang war was handed over for three days remand to Preedy police.As he was arrested by Rangers, who handed him over to police, while FIR has been registered against the accused under the charges of police encounter and other allegations.
