ATC Reserves Verdict Over Rao Anwar’s Bail in Another Case

Karachi (July 17, 2018): The ATC reserved the verdict on the bail application submitted by Anwar’s counsel in a case pertaining to illegal possession of explosives as Khan’s counsel in the lower court, Advocate Salahuddin Panhwar reiterated his client’s lack of confidence and requested for a delay in further hearings until the SHC ruled on the transfer petition.

Upon the court’s dismissal of his request, Panhwar boycotted the hearing.

After boycotting the proceeding, he alleged that the court had not implemented his requests that showed that the court has become biased.“We will approach Supreme Court against the ATC decisions,” he announced.
