Kabul (March 17, 2018): At least two civilians were killed and three others wounded after a suicide bomber targeted a foreign contractors housing compound in capital of Afghanistan, Kabul.
According to details, the incident took place in the early hours of the Saturday morning in Dispichari area in Kabul’s PD9.
The Afghan Ministry of Interior confirmed the incident and initially said four civilians were wounded which later turned out be five including two dead and three others injured. The reports also said that the target was a private security firm’s vehicle.
No group has as yet claimed responsibility but militant outfits like Afghan Taliban and Daesh had steeped up their attacks in the Afghan capital in recent past.
