Axed PM Demands Transparent Investigation Of Sahiwal Incident

LAHORE: While condemning the hapless Sahiwal incident, Former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif said that no innocent blood should have shed without proper authentification of the individuals.

According to details, Former PM met his family members and different prominent leaders of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) today (Thursday).

On this occasion, talking to his party mates, Nawaz expressed satisfaction over his health. He claimed to be in good physical health and in high spirits.

Nawaz expressed annoyance over the fact that he is never briefed about the list of people who are enlisted to meet the Former Prime Minister. He was quoted saying that he is happy and welcomes whoever comes to meet and greet him.

Talking on the contemporary national affairs, Nawaz said that he was full of sorrow on the current economic condition of the state.

Speaking on CPEC, Nawaz uttered, “We worked diligently for the CPEC so that the country can reap its fruit, if the government decides to halt it then it will bring disastrous results.”

Further, he demanded transparent investigations and expressed regret over the loss of innocent lives in the ‘heart-rending’ Sahiwal incident.
