Moddel Ayyan Ali has filed another plea of contempt of court in Supreme Court, where stance was adopted that Interior Minister has made fun of Supreme Court’s order by adding her name in ECL again.
Her lawyer Latif Khosa has submitted another request of contempt of court in Supreme Court, DG FIA, Secretary of Interior Minister, DG Passport and Immigration including others were mentioned as parties in the request.
Meanwhile stance was adopted in the application that government machinery was provided to support to accused Pervez Musharraf to go abroad, while Interior Ministry has made fun of Supreme Court’s order by adding Ayyan Ali’s name in ECL again, Supreme Court should take action against Arif Muhammad Khan Secretary of Interior Minister, Additional Secretary ECL Asghar Chaudhry, Additional Director Shahid Hayyat, DG FIA Muhammad Amjad, Chairman FBR Nisar Muhammad Khan and Customs Collector Mohammad Ali.
Whereas, Supreme Court has already formed bench reagarding Ayyan Ali’s filed request.
