Babar Awan among four-member PTI’s legal team

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has formulated a four-member committee including with the new entry of Babar Awan led by Naeem Bukhari as Sikandar Mohmind and Malika Bukhari are the other members.

Talking to media at Bani Gala PTI Chairman Imran Khan said that the Hamid Khan was the senior member of his team and his quit from the case was regretful, however he would meet with new legal team members and will decide the future strategy for the next hearing.

“PTI has much evidence to decide our next ‘line of attack’,” Imran told adding that rulers never been detained over corruption but history was going to change.

Imran said after the prime minister presented in court a letter by the Qatar prince, in which he claimed that the London properties were proceeds of their real estate businesses, the case has become more controversial and PM’s position questionable.

Imran says “The situation of do or die is for the nation because it was not my personal money that was stolen but people’s wealth. That’s why I am fighting.”

It is pertinent to say that some days ago Hamid had informed Imran about his decision on a phone call, saying after the ‘media trial’ it would be ‘impossible’ for him to being a part of the high-profile proceeding, a statement issued by the PTI’s central media department had confirmed.
