KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Wednesday approved bail plea of one suspect, whereas rejected bail pleas of three others in a reference case pertaining to corruption of around Rs5.75 billion in Information ministry.
According to details, Sindh High Court heard on bail pleas of four suspects in information ministry corruption case.
The high court dismissed bail plea of three suspects; Salman Mansoor, Umair Shehzad and Syed Naveed. However, suspect Gulzar Ahmed’s plea seeking bail in the case was approved.
It is to be noted that Sharjeel Memon, former provincial minister for Information, is also under custody in this case.
