Indian supported Bangladeshi Prime Minister Haseena Wajid’s government has banned Dr. Zakir Naik’s Islamic channel after declaring it controversial.
Dr. Zakir Naik’s Islamic channel is renowned for preaching Islam worldwide. Bangladeshi government, while banning the Zakir Naik’s Islamic Channel, gave justification that a terrorist’s statement, involved in Dhaka attacks, in which the terrorist had said that he was allegedly impressed with Dr. Zakir Naik. Meanwhile, investigation has begun in India regarding the assets of Dr. Zakir Naik.
At the start of this month terrorists had entered into a bakery and made several foreigners and locals hostage in Embassy area, while the terrorists had killed 29 people including 20 hostages.
